1. About Storybook Studios
Storybook Studios provides children’s clubs designed to inspire a love of reading through immersive activities such as storytelling, cooking, crafts and imaginative play. Sessions include after-school clubs, weekday preschool clubs and weekend workshops.

2. Taster Session
Children are welcome to attend their first session free of charge as a taster session, subject to availability.
If your child enjoys the session and would like to continue, please confirm their place by emailing Lana or Daisy at Storybook Studios. Once confirmation is received, you will be issued with an invoice for the remainder of the term.
3. Term Bookings
Places at Storybook Studios are booked and paid for on a term basis following the taster session.
Once your place is confirmed and invoiced, the place is reserved for your child for the remainder of the term.
4. Mid-Term Enrolment
Children may join Storybook Studios part way through a term, subject to availability. In these cases, you will be invoiced for the remaining sessions in that term and cannot do this on our online booking system. An invoice will be emailed to you.
5. Payment
Payment for Storybook Studios clubs is made through our online booking system and is charged per term in advance. Places are confirmed once payment has been successfully completed through the booking system. If a child joins part way through a term, the remaining sessions for that term will be invoiced separately. Weekend workshops or special events must also be booked and paid for through the online booking system at the time of booking.
6. Absences and Refunds
Storybook Studios is unable to offer refunds, credits or transfers for missed or unattended sessions, including absences due to illness, holidays or other personal commitments.
7. Cancellation of a Place
If you wish to discontinue your child’s place, written notice must be provided before the start of the next term.
If notice is not received before the start of the next term, you may still be invoiced for the upcoming term as your child’s place will have been reserved.
8. Late Collection
Parents or guardians are responsible for collecting their child promptly at the end of each session.
A grace period of 10 minutes is permitted. After this time, a late collection fee of £10 per 10 minutes may be charged to cover additional staffing costs.
If a child has not been collected and we are unable to contact a parent or emergency contact, appropriate safeguarding procedures may be followed.
9. Behaviour
We aim to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all children. If a child’s behaviour is consistently disruptive or unsafe, Storybook Studios reserves the right to discuss this with parents and, if necessary, withdraw the child from the club.
10. Changes to Sessions
Storybook Studios reserves the right to make reasonable changes to session content, schedules or activities where necessary.
In the unlikely event that a session must be cancelled by Storybook Studios, we will endeavour to provide a replacement session where possible.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session or confirming a place at Storybook Studios, parents or guardians agree to these Terms and Conditions.
12. Updates to Terms
Storybook Studios reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
