Photography and Media Consent
From time to time, Storybook Studios may take photographs during sessions for use on our website, social media or promotional materials.
Photography will only be used where parental, or guardian consent has been provided. Consent preferences will be requested during the registration or booking process.
Parents or guardians may withdraw consent at any time by contacting Storybook Studios in writing.
Health and Allergy Policy
Some Storybook Studios sessions include cooking or food preparation activities as part of our immersive storytelling experiences.
Parents or guardians must inform Storybook Studios of any allergies, dietary requirements, medical conditions or additional needs when registering their child.
While care is taken when selecting ingredients and planning activities, Storybook Studios cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Parents remain responsible for ensuring that the Storybook Studios team is aware of any relevant medical or dietary information.
If a child requires medication such as an inhaler or EpiPen, parents should inform the Storybook Studios team in advance.
Drop-Off and Collection Policy
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is dropped off and collected safely from each session, except for after-school club sessions held at schools, where children will be collected from class by school staff or teachers.
Children must be collected by the parent, guardian or a nominated adult. If someone different will be collecting your child, please inform Storybook Studios in advance.
Children will not be permitted to leave sessions unaccompanied unless prior written permission has been provided by a parent or guardian.
Please ensure prompt collection at the end of sessions. Late collection may incur a fee as outlined in the Storybook Studios Terms and Conditions.
Safeguarding Statement
Storybook Studios is committed to providing a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for all children attending our sessions.
The wellbeing and safety of children is our highest priority. All activities are designed to be age-appropriate and supervised at all times.
If there are any concerns regarding a child’s safety or wellbeing during a session, appropriate safeguarding procedures will be followed.
Please note: We have a more extensive Safeguarding Policy in place, which is available to parents or guardians on request.
