Vicky - Class Leader of story yoga

Vicky is a class leader Story Yoga at Storybook Studios. She is accredited through a YGA course, including CPD in children’s yoga, recognised by Yoga Alliance International.

Having practised yoga, meditation and mindfulness for years, Vicky felt inspired to begin teaching children - combining movement, wellbeing and imagination in a creative and nurturing environment. Blending yoga with storytelling creates a space where children can build confidence, express themselves, and feel calm and centred.

As a mum to a little girl who loves to copy every pose and eagerly joins in, Vicky brings warmth, energy and genuine joy to every class.
